Our technical support staff professionals are available to assist with system development, installation and training. We routinely work with customers to help with label strategy and design, verification programs, radio frequency and RFID data collection systems.
For quick delivery, we stock the most frequently used label and ribbon materials to meet the special and compliance labeling obligations of our domestic and international customer base.
We also service what we sell. Our Mundelein facility contains an expanded repair center staffed with certified and trained technicians supported by a fully stocked parts inventory. This capability assures quick turnaround for equipment maintenance and repairs. To assist your seasonal or emergency requirements, i Tech Automation also rents portable data collection scanners and bar code label printers.
